Flowzaro, a DBA of ZAK Bridge Global LLC ("Flowzaro," "we," "us," or "our"), respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use and share it, and the choices available to you when you visit flowzaro.com (the "Website"), contact us, or work with us.

1. Information We Collect

Please do not send passwords, recovery codes, API keys, payment-card details, or other highly sensitive credentials through ordinary email, chat, or website forms. We prefer collaborator access or delegated permissions when access to a platform is needed.

These may include GoDaddy, Google Workspace, Google Drive, Google Calendar, Stripe, PandaDoc, and similar services we adopt over time.

Project Specialists

Employees, independent specialists, and subcontractors selected to work on a client project. We share only the information reasonably needed for their work and require appropriate confidentiality protections.

Legal, Safety, and Business Reasons

Government authorities, professional advisers, or other parties when reasonably necessary to comply with law, protect rights or safety, investigate misuse, enforce agreements, or complete a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, or sale of business assets.

Flowzaro does not sell personal information for money. If we use analytics or advertising technologies that are treated as a "sale" or "sharing" under applicable privacy law, we will provide any notices and opt-out choices required by that law.

5. Client Project Information

Information received for a client project is used to evaluate, plan, perform, manage, and support that engagement. Access is limited to Flowzaro personnel, selected specialists, and service providers who reasonably need it.

Separate service agreements or nondisclosure agreements may provide additional confidentiality protections. If a separate agreement conflicts with this Privacy Policy regarding confidential project information, the separate agreement controls.

6. Data Retention

We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide services, maintain business and legal records, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, meet tax or accounting obligations, and protect against fraud or security risks.

Retention periods depend on the type of information and why it was collected. When information is no longer reasonably needed, we may delete, anonymize, or securely archive it, subject to applicable law and our contractual obligations.
